FLTiger> OK, somebody needs to post some explanation up here. I'm freaking confused. I got an email to return. It's the same thing. Spize, call me later this morning.
[Mon 18:11] <
tigerman342> what is going on i thought is suite shut down.
[Thu 13:51] <
TigerCarl> We are now a DEAD SITE? Aughhhhhh!
[Tue 02:26] <
TigerCarl> Boise State (12-1) cracks Arizona State 56-24 -- Az St scores the final TD to make game "closer" than it actually was. Imprssive Bronco finish.
[Tue 02:23] <
TigerCarl> St.Petersburg "FISH BOWL" -- Marshall beats 8-4 Florida International 20-10. Dozens of fans attend, including our own Fl-Tiger.
[Wed 21:21] <
TigerCarl> NCAA regards Tressel's actions at Ohio State as "severe" violations of the rules.
[Wed 21:20] <
TigerCarl> NCAA effectively "Axes" Tressel's college coaching career -- no college can hire him for the next 5 years unless they can demonstrate jusification for doing so, which may cause the NCAA to inact sanctions upon their school if they DO hire him.
[Mon 22:59] <
TigerCarl> How 'bout those Ohio University Bobcats -- exciting 24-23 Bowl victory. Also, my Temple team wins 37-15 over Wyoming; game was far more one-sided than the final score. MAC now 2-0 in bowl games this year.
[Thu 22:27] <
TigerCarl> How come school wants to hire Massillon's golden-boy coach?
[Thu 22:06] <
TigerCarl> Midnight -- did you notice all the shocking coaching moves? Especially Pitt losing Graham to Arizona State. Washington State grabed Mike Leach -- look for some fireworks out of the Cougars in a couple of years. Leach may be the best offensive coordinator Ohio State never hired.
[Thu 22:01] <
TigerCarl> Fl-Tiger -- True, LSU was a 2nd half monster vs Georgia. That first half, though -- wow, Georgia looked like they would win the thing. Les Miles is one awesome coach, eh?
[Thu 21:59] <
TigerCarl> Yes, I'm picking LSU to win 20-10
[Sun 19:56] <
FLTiger> LSU. Too many weapons. What they did to Georgia in the second half of the SEC Championship was scary.
[Fri 15:57] <
TigerCarl> Fl-Tiger -- which SEC team did you pick? It's down to two teams now --which makes your selection easier -- so, please, pick the one that will win.
[Mon 10:26] <
FLTiger> Hey, TigerCarl. Any comment on the BCS Title Game? Didn't think so. SEC, for the 7th year in a row. I guess I was right all along, now wasn't I?
[Sun 20:54] <
A.J.> Spent hours today removing spam bots before the switch
[Sun 09:58] <
A.J.> Just having trouble moving some stuff over.
[Fri 13:30] <
A.J.> Hopefully, this weekend
[Thu 18:40] <
A.J.> Ugh, major spam attack today. Sorry folks
[Sat 11:56] <
A.J.> Massillon.com will be down a couple days this week as I load the new website onto the server.
[Fri 09:27] <
The Midnight Rider> The Pete Carroll era USC teams could hang with the SEC and Lane Kiffin has them on the way back to Trojan greatness. The Pig 10 is more interested in beating up MAC schools in the non-league schedule and getting crushed in bowl games. Ohio State is the only school that truly wants to compete on a national scale.
[Fri 09:26] <
The Midnight Rider> The Big 10 aka Pig 10 is about on par with the ACC and possibly the Big 12, but with TCU and West Virginia coming into the Big 12, they are stronger.
[Fri 09:25] <
The Midnight Rider> The SEC would do the best in a playoff followed by the PAC 12 as the second strongest league. Last year's Oregon v. Auburn game showed the Ducks are not far behind the SEC. The Pig 10? Forget it.
[Thu 13:47] <
The Butler> Happy Thanksgiving ev'rybody.
[Wed 22:49] <
A.J.> Blah, the whole world isn't as slow as the beef ten
[Wed 08:37] <
FLTiger> Believe me, non-SEC teams would not like a playoff, buddy. Hell, they would have four of them in the semi-finals.
[Wed 00:40] <
A.J.> No one, there should be playoffs. The bcs is garbage
[Tue 06:21] <
FLTiger> Can't argue with success, my friend. Who else deserves to be up there?
[Tue 00:20] <
A.J.> They should change the name from BCS to computers on their knees for the sec?
[Mon 07:18] <
FLTiger> Hey TigerCarl and Orangemud. Did you look at the BCS Standings? #1-SEC; #2-SEC; #3-SEC. Hmmm, does that tell you guys anything?
[Sun 19:04] <
A.J.> P.S., Ohio State sucks
[Sat 03:23] <
TigerCarl> I predict Ohio State will beat Penn State. However, it may be scoreless and need to go into overtime before either team puts points on the board. < Grin. > Hopefully, that's not the case. Hopefully, the trinket-tatoo team can romp over the "No-Pa" team.
[Sat 02:37] <
TigerCarl> I predict that Oklahoma State will be upset by Iowa State. < Grin. >
[Tue 20:30] <Guest-jx85dx> I'd like to setup something similar for my daughters Swim/Dive team. I am familar with SMF
[Tue 20:29] <Guest-jx85dx> Can I send a Message to the forum administrator?
[Tue 09:46] <
A.J.> OK, I'm back. Took my yearly end of the season break and now I'm ready to bring the rum dummery back to Massillon.com
[Mon 10:48] <Guest-jx85dx> :redx: :redx: :spank:
[Sun 15:41] <
FLTiger> Not even close. Reminded me of a Big Ten team the way Oregon ran past them like they were sitting still.
[Fri 18:37] <
TigerCarl> I'm picking Stanford, only because I WANT them to win, not because I think they have the edge. Try 42-38. First team to settle for a FG loses.
[Fri 18:35] <
TigerCarl> Any predictions on Oregon vs Stanford? Without all the injuries, I think Stanford would take them down. But the Ducks are healthy again, and Stanford will be without several key players. Not sure that Luck can overcome the problems his Tree-team faces.
[Fri 18:32] <
TigerCarl> The genuine "Cowboys" treated us fine when we were out there in 2007. Then again, my wife and I don't look like "Easterners." Also, it helps a lot if you go stomping around in manure a tad. < Grin >
[Fri 18:29] <
TigerCarl> The genuine treated me fine when I was out there in 2007.
[Fri 06:30] <
The Midnight Rider> Tiger Carl, not only does Oklahoma have good football teams, but they have even better fried catfish and chicken places. And a bunch of cowboy people who take one look at you and say "Easterner. Get the hell out of here!"
[Thu 12:58] <
TigerCarl> JoPa is gone. What a tragic way for his legacy to end.
[Thu 12:27] <
TigerCarl> This is not a year when one team stands out above all others. That only happens about once per decade in D-1 College Football.
[Thu 12:26] <
TigerCarl> Oklahoma State is able to win it all, if they can hold onto their butts the rest of the way. The Sooners may take them down.
[Thu 12:25] <
TigerCarl> I've been watching Oklahoma State games all year long. Wow! Best offense I've seen this year. They remind me of Massillon in the early 2000s under Shep -- score a lot of points, but also get scored on a lot because of brief time on the field with their offense.
