There is something very odd about how Da Klub, the city, and others fall all over themselves to prop this guy up despite his propensity to embarrass and fail.

Massillon isn't the only council guilty of using the emergency clause too often.  It allows them not to have 3 readings.  The action is also not subject to a referendum of the citizens.

I have no issues supporting local entrepreneurs.... I DO have a BIG problem with my tax dollars going to support a guy who had the money to renovate one place, move a block away and renovate that place and now look for me to donate my tax dollars to him!!! Thats all besides the BIG issue I habe with the team being bussed there for team meals! Why cant the Klub support his emergency!!!???!!! The political corruption in this town is downright disgusting!
